Ingredients

  • 4 fresh oranges, peeled.
  • 2 cups ice.
  • 1/3 cup milk.
  • 1-2 tablespoons honey.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.

Ingredients

  • 3 kiwifruit, peeled and cut into chunks.
  • 2 medium ripe bananas, cut into 4 pieces and frozen.
  • 1 cup (8 ounces) fat-free plain yogurt.
  • 3 tablespoons honey.
  • 1/4 teaspoon almond extract, optional.
  • 1-1/2 cups crushed ice.

Ingredients

  1. 2 cups frozen strawberries.
  2. 1 fresh banana, peeled.
  3. 1 cup milk (I prefer almond milk in this one)
  4. 1 cup Ice.
  5. 1 tablespoon honey, if needed to sweeten.

  1. 8 strawberries, hulled.
  2. 110ml (4 fl oz) skimmed milk.
  3. 120g (4 oz) low-fat plain yoghurt.
  4. 1 to 2 teaspoons vanilla extract.
  5. 6 cubes ice, crushed.
